Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to cancellation fees.

2. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Mercury Production.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
